JAROS Offers Tube Straightening Machine based on well proven Parabolic Multi Roll Rotary principle of straightening with Enhanced efficiency, safety and improved quality.

Basically we offer two series of Tube Straightened
  • 10 Roller Type Tube Straightening Machine:
    Gives Straightening Accuracy batter than 0.5 mm in One Meter
  • 6 Roller Type Tube Straightening Machine:
    Gives Straightening Accuracy Batter then 1 mm in One Meter.
Basic Future of Straightening Machine are
  • Robust Construction of Machine gives High Level Resistance
  • Roller profile is Hyperbolic, designed in today's advance designing software
  • Material of roller is alloy steel, Hardened, Grinded and Polished
  • Each Top roller and Bottom rollers are driven
  • Drive is made with two identical Electrical Motors connected with gear box pulleys through V Belts. Roller assembly and Gear box are connected with and Universal spindle couplings.
  • Built in Indicator and locking facility for Horizontally up and down movement and angular seating of roller unit. It can be easily adjusted manually
  • Optional variable apeed drive.
Straightening Machine is also available with following additional Features
  • Pinch Roller Unit for Easy and safe entry of tube in the machine
  • Hydraulic lift in entry bottom roller for smooth entry of tube
  • Speed Control system
  • Tube loading table with Tube Transferring System
  • Tube Handling Solution for Tube Loading and Receiving from Machine.
