Rotary Swaging Machine
The
Perfect size and Shape of the Swage end of tubes means a lot for proper
drawing of tube. Swaging is a forming process in which metal is formed
by a rapid succession of hammer blows. It is chip less forming method
which increase the grain structure and hardness of material and
elongate the point which reduce the metal loss.
Rotary swaging is
the most economical method used for pointing comparatively smaller
diameter tubes in the metal tube manufacturing industries for Drawing
tubes, rods, and wires.
JAROS Offers basically two Types of Rotary Swaging Machine for Tube Pointing.
- Two Jaw Type Rotary Swaging Machine: upto 30 mm OD Tube
- Four Jaw Type Rotary Swaging Machine: upto 90 mm OD Tube.
The
main structure of machine is compact and sturdy construction. Main body
of the machine and Fly wheel are mad from Steel cast and Spindle is
made from Forged steel. The main spindle is driven by electrical motor
coupled to flywheel. The hammer block and dies are mounted in the
Spindle, blending the rotary and gravity principle creates the regular
and accurate stroke of dies to the tubes. The dies are accurately
tapered to pull in the tubes to reduce manual effort.
